Spyderco's collaboration with custom knife maker Phil Wilson has produced the Bow River, a budget conscious all purpose outdoors and hunting knife featuring a full flat grind. We love the super thin edge on it, making for really easy re-sharpening and a super nice cutting feel, and would be great in the kitchen as well as a variety of outdoors and hunting and skinning tasks.
